BUILDINGREHAB Recycle may be the buzz word of today but we have been enjoying the challenge of reconfiguring “past their sell by date” industrial buildings into efficient environments for new users for many years. Identifying and utilizing any unique building attributes and adding new elements, the design process is an adventure. COMMERCIALDESIGN
Our understanding and experience in large scale master planning of complex interior spaces has facilitated our work in the planning and design of department stores, interrelated office environments, and complex manufacturing facilities. Of special interest is the orchestration of the physical spacial layout with a company’s corporate structure and work process. RESIDENTIALDESIGN
Residential projects are undertaken when they allow for out of the norm solutions. As variety is the spice of life we are always looking for the opportunity to create a new environment or alter an existing one into a new physically exhilarating space. |
RETAILDESIGN We have been fortunate to be involved in the design and implementation of many exciting retail projects – from prototype fixturing concepts for VTech Electronics and Mattel, speciality national retail rollouts for retailers like Picture People and Hamleys Toy Stores, to large retail environments including Wickes Home Improvement and Fenwicks Department Stores. PERMIT/AGENCYREVIEW
While considered mundane by many, a crucial part of the design process is dealing with the local approval agencies. We spend a lot of time bringing both the Planning and Building Departments along as the projects are being designed and developed which greatly facilitates our success in final agency approvals for our projects. Our experience in projects throughout California and Oregon for clients like Wells Fargo has given us a good track record in dealing with local agencies. |
